Select the equipment you need and check availability right through the website. 

Choose pickup or delivery and we will call to confirm the time and location.

2. Get it Delivered or Pickup From Us

Equipment is brought right to your site anywhere between Austin and Belton and many surrounding areas. 

Pickup is also available if you are outside of the areas we service.

3. Return

We will call you the day the rental period ends to schedule pickup from your site or drop off the equipment at our location.

When your rental period is complete, return the equipment to our rental location or arrange for pickup, and we'll ensure it's properly maintained for the next renter.

  • If you encounter any issues or damages to the rented equipment during your use, please notify us promptly. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Depending on the nature and extent of the issue or damage, we will assess and determine the necessary course of action. You may be responsible for repair or replacement costs, so it's advisable to review our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to equipment damages. Your prompt communication is appreciated, as it helps us maintain the quality of our rental equipment.

  • Yes, you can extend the rental period for a equipment if you require it for a longer duration than initially planned. To do so, please contact us to discuss your needs and arrange for an extension. We will work with you to update the rental terms and ensure the continued availability of the equipment. Keep in mind that equipment availability may vary, so it's best to notify us about your extension needs as early as possible to secure the equipment. We're committed to accommodating your changing requirements.

  • Every rental requires a valid form of identification such as an ID card or Drivers License.  We will collect this information at the time of drop-off or when you come to pick-up.  Payment is made for the initial rental upon you receiving the equipment.  We accept credit card, cash, and many other electronic payment types.  If fuel charges are required, we will contact you with the final total to be paid in your preferred payment method.
